BIRD-TIME


Not exactly our pet, but our balcony overlooks nextdoor's yard so we enjoy Mr Quackers (you must be crackers) and all his antics. Now it is raining and he is in the puddles, in duck heaven. Something refreshing and gigglesome about a duck. He interacts with visiting ibis and the occasional crow.

The owner built him a small, wooden house which he never goes in. He scares their little toddler.

Michael Luenig is a famous Aussie cartoonist who often draws ducks and people. Is spot on.
