    I saw Terry Hall with the Fun Boy Three at Glastonbury 1983. They closed their set with a stunning performance of the Doors' The End.
    Having survived a tough childhood in Coventry, Hall became one of pop’s defining voices at the turn of the 80s, chronicling British decline and disfranchised youth with the 2 Tone band
    Sometimes the lights all shining on me, other times I can barely see.
    Lately it occurs to me what a long strange trip it’s been.

      I raised a dram to him last night, possibly two... He was the same age as me.

        Probably not the correct thing to say, but I really really like The Tunnel Of Love by Fun Boy Three.
