          Sad news. Loved Terry. Authentic bloke. Maybe he's up there doin' little jobs for Arthur Daley.

                      So talented. RSC wanted him as child actor aged 12.
                      So talented he would sing his TV shows themes.

                          You may have seen him unknowingly in Hammer's Scars of Dracula (1970).

                          He's definitely best known here for starring in three long-running TV series: The Sweeney in the 1970s alongside John Thaw, Minder in the 1980s with George Cole, and New Tricks in this century.
