    Gym Bunnies

    I am returned without mishap from my first gym session for two and a half years. It's like I was just there last week! Nothing has changed, same equipment, same decor, same smells... Straight back into it, without going at it too hard: cross-trainer, reclining bike, some resistance work and stretching. About 70mins in all. Very satisfying.
    I'm anticipating feeling a bit sore and stiff tomorrow and, perversely perhaps, looking forward to it. Who doesn't like a little pain from time to time...?
    Sometimes the lights all shining on me, other times I can barely see.
    Lately it occurs to me what a long strange trip itโ€™s been.

    Good on you Ash!

    Did a work out yesterday with my wife. Outside bootcamp. 12 minutes coopertest run, followed by some tabata excersises training the arms as well as the abdominal abs.

    Ano yes, feeling a tad sore and stiff today ๐Ÿ˜‰
