Interesting that you should bring up office phones because that's what I do for a living and I can confirm that business phones are definitely on the way out. Cell phones and computer-based services like MS Teams and Zoom are taking their place where they can but there will always be a role for a regular business phone in places like shop floors, conference rooms and other common areas, and retail.Comment
