1. Eat Beef Wellington. Hooley blinkin' Dooley!???!!!!

Eye fillet of beef wrapped in pastry, surrounded by dijon mustard, Parma ham, paste of mushrooms,spinach, foie gras, shallots,butter. Just read this. Very popular again in Sydney restaurants, as it is winter. Always assumed it was some daggy Brit fare like shepard's pie.



2. Stonehenge at dawn. With a bunch of druids.

-1- To visit my friend's studio up north and listen to anything and everything on his insanely expensive monitors. But especially certain things I cannot speak of.

-2- To visit Kaua'i again for a longer time.

-3- If a particular someone would be willing to let me interview him. Very unlikely, but I continue to pine...
