  • Nancy Pelosi and Her House Exorcism

I read this morning before the usual coffee that Nancy Pelosi had an exorcism in her House by some priests. I immediately got excited. The House of Representatives needs an exorcism in a big bad way. But only the Pope himself could rid the evil demons that have immersed themselves in the Capitol.

But alas no. It was Nancy's own house in California. Nutcase Nancy and she personifies what a California nutcase is, had the priests do the exorcism in her own home. Hopefully these priests also shooed away those demons that caused her 82 year old husband to drive drunk at 2:20 AM in the morning getting a well deserved DUI in the meantime.

But instead of an exorcism maybe Nutcase Nancy needs to install a security system in her home. Commonsense?

Aren't you the biggest supporter for reporting accuracy? Because one tiny bit is missing from your partisan tirade.
Really will you stop perverting this forum into your podcast? People like you are abusing the terms and conditions and when you get booted for it, then you cry for being oppressed.

She had an exorcism in her House performed by priests. It is a fact. It is in the news. Her husband did get a DUI last year. Reportedly Pelosi did not have a security system in the home. Or it was not operational.

Hypocrite. You still don't say why. But we all know why you don't say it...

Everyone knows why. A man got into her house somehow and assaulted her husband in the middle of the night. How an exorcism will prevent that in the future is anyone's guess.

Maybe locking the doors and installing a security system will do the job

There you are. Didn't hurt, did it? And it's immediately less a partisan hackery.

The reason I did not include it in the original post was because I assumed everyone knew about the assault. It was nonstop news for several weeks. There was no ulterior motive

And sure, lol. It would just upset your narrative of a crazy old woman, instead of the reaction of a traumatized old woman.
But you're so transparent with blaming the victim, more so if the victim is a woman. She brought it upon her husband.

Yes. Thanks for the spelling correction. I try to catch them but I missed that 1.

No, I am not blaming the victim. If she feels an exorcism will help go for it. Nancy Reagan was villified in the media for decades for consulting a psychic after her husband's assassination attempt. Was goofball stuff in my eyes but to each their own.

I consider Pelosi to be a nutcase based upon her performance as Speaker of the House and as a decades long congresswoman. Her top nutcase performance was tearing up President Trump's State of the Union address for all to see while he gave the speech. It is one thing to disrespect the man and another to disrespect the office.

She does not even make sense half the time. I think she is on bipolar medicine. Probably lithium.

You say, "reportedly", didn't have an (operational) alarm in her house, so instead of an exorcism she should install a security system.

Yes, connecting those two as cause and effect, that's the blame the victim narrative. More so hinting they are mutually exclusive (i e. she's not only responsible for her husband being attacked, but still does nothing)

Nancy is your Jewish space laser. When for the sake of partisan conformity you hang up your civility.
No. Actually the victim was her husband, not her. No , how did the intruder get in the House? There was no forced entry so Mr. Pelosi let him in or he came in thru an unlocked door. And there was no alarm that went off. Media reports state there was no security system.

I am not blaming the victim. Just thinking of commonsense measures that would prevent this from happening

But I would not be surprised if Pelosi knew this man

And what in the world is a Jewish space laser? Are the Pelosi's Jewish? I do not know their religious affiliation

Nancy Pelosi is a devout Roman Catholic. After a career in which conservatives assailed her faith relentlessly (Claiming a lack of it), you'd think they'd be happy that she brought in a Roman Catholic priest for a religious ceremony at her house that clearly was because she believes in God, and that wasn't going to win her points in some sort of an election now that she is retired from Congressional leadership and is just a regular Congressperson in a very liberal House district she could win re-election in without problem for as many more terms as she wants without any special effort.

When she became Speaker the second time, she celebrated with a mass (aka a Roman Catholic Sunday service in a church) in Baltimore (She grew up in Baltimore, though the House district she represents is in the San Francisco area), and has personally met with the Pope in the past.

After what happened to her own husband in their own home, I can see what she'd want to figuratively and literally try to exorcise some demons from the place. The family probably have a tough time emotionally living there now. A lot of people eventually have to move after being victims of an attack in their home, because of the negative associations that creates for them with it, even if new safety precautions are taken.

I feel like this all very human. It's a side of Nancy Pelosi that the conservative media succeeded in making a lot of people think didn't exist. She's a good woman and was a great Speaker. If we have physical currency in the future, she'll probably eventually have her face on some of it as the first female Speaker of the House, and as someone with a tremendous record of accomplishment over the course of two separate stints as Speaker.

We haven't had much reporting on what security measures existed at her home before the attack, and which ones exist now, because part of the safety security measures help create comes from potential bad guys not knowing what they are are, how they are deployed, and exactly where they are deployed. However, some were definitely there (See below) when her husband Paul was attacked, and I'm sure they've been beefed up even further now.

At minimum, I can tell you reports that they had no security were wrong, because, per CBS News, "The break-in at the San Francisco home of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her husband, Paul Pelosi, was captured by security cameras outside the house that were installed by the U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) and that send live video feeds to its command center in Washington, D.C. But Capitol Police only learned of the break-in after an officer in the command center saw a police cruiser in the couple's driveway and alerted superiors, Capitol Police confirmed.".

After the 1-6 terrorist attacks on the United States where some of the terrorists were yelling about finding Speaker Pelosi and raping her, you think the Pelosis didn't have any security at their house?

Also, as an aside, can we please stop trying to blame the 82 year old victim of the break-in here?

So, what you are saying is the security system did not work or was not effective.. My Stanley system is better. What good was the security system?

I am not blaming Pelosi for the assault. Just wondering how he got in if the door was locked or he was not let in

I think there is more to this than what has been reported.

Republican Congressperson Marjorie Taylor Greene at one time espoused a conspiracy theory whereby she claimed southwestern wildfires that were likely climate change related had actually been caused by lasers shot down to the earth from space by satellites owned by a Jewish man. Now, one might be tempted to just call that crazy and not antisemitic, except that the Jewish man she accused was a Rothchild, and the Rothchilds have been blamed for all sorts of things by antisemites for the better part of a century.

I vaguely remember reports of her extending her "theory" to also be applicable to record droughts and such, but I can only find a source for her doing it with wildfires. I think her Jewish space laser wildfire theory is enough for us all to agree she's off her rocker without needing to figure out if she also blamed them for droughts or not, though.
