    Gina Lollobrigida : Still alive...

....and thrivin' it seems as she wants to be elected to government in Italy. She's 95. They say she has a chance.

Now this brought back some memories for me. Nearly fifty years ago my father admitted his favourite actress/pinup-girl was Gina. She was comely!
    Big in Hollywood. Before Loren.

My father, had he lived would be 100 next year. We're goin'to mark it with cake, lamb and wine. Heeehee.
So imagine my shock that my ol' man's dreamgirl was still alive.

Who else has shocked you livin' to a ripe ol' age???

Hey. Know it can be dangerous to discuss Italian women who win elections. Heheehheheheheheeee! πŸ˜‚β˜ΊπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

But Gina didn't. Only got 1% vote. For the Senate.

    Mama Mia. At 95.

That's cool! I had crushes on younger women, who would now be in their eighties. Natalie Wood would probably be tops. Sophia so damn sexy, Ursula Andress -Bond woman, Raquel Welch in One Million Years B.C.. Lea Meriwether as Catwoman, and there was something, or something's about Elke Sommer, perhaps that accent. :-)

We never got a DVD version of Finnigans Rainbow, but I think Fred Astaire did a decent job.

And don't forget Yvette Mimieux. Loved her with Rod Taylor in that science fiction movie around 1962. Forgot the name.

Very dangerous for sure to discuss political women who win Italian elections 😁😁I love Gina L. Good for her she tried at 95 to go into politics. She looks great.
