Some in their reviews have called Mirror To The Sky the best Yes (mini)epic from the last 20 years or so.

So I'm wondering; if the choice is between In The Presence Of, Fly From Here Suite and Mirror To The Sky, which of those three gets your vote as your favourite?

Fly From Here without question for me
In The Presence Of never did anything for me
Mirror.. along with rest of new stuff is just boring. I'm sure many like this, just not for me

ITPO for me even though it’s got the gooey and lame “if we were flowers we would worship the sun” Jonisms. It’s the last piece where Steve actually delivers the goods with his pedal steel. Poignant, moving and musical.

FFH suite. I like ITPO a lot too, but that ‘s one good song and the suite has multiple good songs. More value for money.
MttS is… half a good song?

          Musically it's MttS > FFH > ItPO
FFH is kind of simple music but molded into a long epic form. ItPO is musically too simple.

Compositionally ItPO is a plain ABAB just like AYAI, but much much simpler. But I just love that song.
FFH is a collection of songs made into an "epic", but I love it very much as well.
MttS is still new, and as a new song I still don't know every moment by heart, but so far it's the most complex of the three. I'll vote once I'm totally familiar with it too, but so far it's my favourite of the three.

Mirror to the Sky for me, though all three are brilliant, its the musicality and emotion of that track that elevates it, A couple more minutes of the energetic stuff at the end would have been even better.

I'm not sure it's my favorite, but I think MttS is the best thing they've done since Endless Dream, or even before.

Hardest poll on the site ever for me! Usually it’s a no brainer, as I always lean to JA, RW, the older track(s), etc, the more old school the better. Yadda yadda. If anyone ever read any post of mine(I know, way too many), they sound the same.

But, in this case, you got me. 😉😉. FFH Suite it is (ITPO second). I love it, it’s crisp, I can hear everybody together clearly, and solo. I like the changes from section to section, and the overall theme. Love the “bounce” of it, the play of the piano against the other players, and plenty of Chris vocals to be heard.

Benoit version is the one I play most, but I do play the Horn re-do also for a change. And JD did this wonderfully live as well. Have plenty of good shows by each of em. Memory off top of my head isn’t serving me well as to which one I actually saw live, or both, at the time, and whether I saw the whole suite with Benoit or not - I’d have to go to the stubs!🤣🤣.

When Betsy and I first met I burned a CD of my favorites for her 41st birthday (probably the last CD I ever burned), and one of her favorite songs on that CD and the one that we still quote lyrics to each other on a regular basis...

                          In The Presence Of

Don’t pay any attention to them, Yammy. They don’t hear at the same sensitive frequency that you do.😉

I vote Fly from Here suite, as it's additional material from the Drama lineup more or less, and also that it's rather left field for Yes ('progressive', not prog, as it's not all the regular Yes tropes and has a different feel to most other epix), and 'written by the Buggles for Yes' for the most part. It's dramatic (no pun) and cinematic.

second would be In The Presence Of, which is closer to the classic Yes that many Yes fans crave, and I've even called it the 'And You And I' or the new millennium. Beautiful song.

Mirror To The Sky I haven't really heard yet, so I can't comment on it yet. Could it overtake either of these? Well, I'm always open to it. We'll see, but Fly From Here is hard to beat. Sad Night On The Airfield is just so powerful.
