I just stumbled across it: There are credits at the end. The music is from Craig Pruess, PRS, from the album Angel of the Earth, or JM 37 Pulse Of The Wild, and the track name is Vastness.

The video itself, according to the description, is evidently "a virtual reality experience for the Oculus Rift. It is intended to give the viewer a taste of what it is like to travel through the higher strata of the inner realms during meditation." Or Astral Projection. The video is from Jurgen Ziewe.
