Piece of trivia: Rolling Stones road manager Sam Cutler became the Grateful Dead's road manager in 1970. He's the only person to perform on albums by both bands: he does the car horn on Let It Bleed's Country Honk in 1969, and can be heard among the ensemble voices singing at the end of Ripple on the Dead's American Beauty in 1970.
