Doug Helvering's latest reaction takes in the rest of the tracks from Brain Salad Surgery, having dealt with Karn Evil 9 in a previous episode. Aside from Doug's insights as a choral composer and educator, the episode incorporates a brief bit of film of Carl Palmer playing part of Toccata, demonstrating the synth-drum triggers. I'd not seen that footage before.
I signed up to Doug's Patreon last week, as he also looks at a lot of classical music analyses as well as rock music, often complete albums. Copyright claims often preclude him being able to do that on his YouTube channel. And he's a nice guy.
