German band Neuschwanstein cite Rick Wakeman’s Journey to the Centre of the Earth as the inspiration behind their decision to write and record a narrated version of Alice in Wonderland in 1976. The album has just been re-released, with a new English-language narration between the tracks by Sonja Kristina of Curved Air. I had not even heard of this album. Wow. Sonja Kristina as Alice - she always did have an Alice in Wonderland kind of vibe to her. I believe that works. There's even the caterpillar on the cover of one of the Curved Air albums.

So if Cherry Red thinks that this has a good chance of profitability, I’m going to start to doubt the argument that there’s just no market for a remixed Drama—or indeed a remixed Tormato. This is the label that did a good job with the remix of Fish out of Water, imo.
