    Mikaela Davis - harpist

    Someone in one of the Grateful Dead Facebook groups posted a YouTube link a year or two ago of harpist Mikaela Davis and band playing Bird Song, Dark Star, Friend of the Devil, and jamming gloriously, and I got drawn in and held enraptured. I've listened to quite a bit more of her own music since then, and it's not disappointed. Clearly a virtuoso on her instrument, she's also an excellent pianist, and a lovely singer, and she sure can compose and arrange!
