Interesting news indeed! I had pretty much written them off for a fall US tour but I'm glad I'm wrong. Looks like a few more spring 2023 Europe dates are out on TicketMaster too. Guessing we'll see the full list of US dates very soon if tickets are going on sale in a week. Giddy up!

I think the New Jersey and Tucson venues are 1,000 seat theatres. That’s a little bit sad.

Why? You want to be seeing them in arenas and stadiums? I've never enjoyed those big events, and it's been 30 years since I went to one. 1000-2000 seat theatres and concert halls are perfect for me to see any band.
Sometimes the lights all shining on me, other times I can barely see.
Lately it occurs to me what a long strange trip it’s been.

nothing wrong with an intimate venue, a closer view for those with tickets all round!

Maybe sad if you're thinking in terms of 'they used to fill a X-amount seat place, now they can't even fill a X-amount place' but an intimate venue is the way to go - you can actually see (and hear - better sound usually) them. Usually you don't get people screaming "Gates Of Delirium, man!!" oblivious to the fact that they already played it, while splashing beer all over each other. 1,000 - 2,000 are ok by me, though I didn't mind the big event vibe of the hockey arena back in the day.

Arena Theatre in Houston TX holds about 2700 which is great, but the best part is it's setup for in the round seating and apparently the stage rotates just like the good old days. Too bad it's on a Thursday night I might have tried going if it was on the weekend.
