    Welcome to the site!

I'd look to interviews with band members more than the wording of a press release. Several band members have said they will definitely be playing material from Mirror to the Sky live.

They did in the UK. Every Marillion album up to Brave made the UK top ten. And then FEAR and An Hour Before It's Dark both made the UK top five. An Hour Before It's Dark made number 2 in the Netherlands. The difference is that Marillion never broke the US (Misplaced Childhood made Going For The One in the US, that's their highest album chart performance). Marillion has also had four top ten singles in the UK, which is more than Yes.

The shows are more than a year away. The album isn’t even out yet so they don’t even know if it will be well received or not. So it’s probably prudent to not explicitly promise to play songs in a year from an album that might or might not succeed.

You know where else they never broke? Winnipeg. Came once in 86, and never again. All of their North American Weekends have been limited to Montreal, which, sure, go for the smoked meat, you'll never go anywhere else again.

Yeah, they skipped the last 4 albums to include live renditions of tracks from: Life On A Film Set, Fly From Here suite**, Into The Storm, Believe Again, The Game, To Ascend, Ice Bridge and Dare To Know - all played live but not documented with a live version. Not too swift, Yes. But we still get Roundabout/Starship Trooper on every live album. I think live renditions of newer material on live albums may help to win over some fans not keen on post-Anderson Yes music. You already have 20 Roundabouts. How about an Ice Bridge.

** yeah, I know they did do the single/song We Can Fly from the suite on the Yes 50 live album. But give us some new stuff on live albums!

Plenty available good recordings of shows out there with those tracks. And they sounded good. I really enjoyed them live last October (more so than off the record itself). I know, not official, but what the hey…..gotta get what we can. 😊

Check out FY. I’m sure you can find a show that you like, or even the best avail versions of tunes you like and are missing from official release. 🤞🤞

Yes had the very wise strategy of not having too much overlap on live records until Keys, and then it's like the floodgates opened. Instead of the Like It Is album series, they should have put out a single live disc in 2015 with the FFH, H&E, and Drama tracks.
