Some Great Rarities I've discovered recently

Anyone know the story on this one......Igor Khoroshev and Patrick Moraz, playing together in a Tampa, FL Hotel, Aug 1998 (?)

Must be close to the end of the last leg of the Open Your Eyes tour, Summer '98, I think the tour ended in FL (I have a great vid from that show somewhere)

Bingo, according the YouTube link, the date of the above Jam is Aug 7, one day before the end of the tour, (Aug 8, 1998), which was immortalized by the House video at the Palm Beach show :

Here's something special from the same time period (July 1998)...a rare Live version of "No Way We Can Lose",, with guest vocals from the Millican Junior High Choir (seriously, I like this version better than the studio version !!

(from the same Junior High Billy went to)

Interesting spot... but neither's finest moment when it comes to the performance!

My Daughter was in the choir that night! The choir master is a major Yes freak who had the students learning Yes tunes from day one.

When first approached to join the band onstage the original plan was a medley that included Soon, And You And I and Brother of Mine, which they had been singing in class all year.

At the last minute Jon decided on NWWCL which they had never sung before. And in typical Jon/Yes fashion there was much logistical confusion and last minute scrambling to accommodate the choir.

Those kids were bused to the Amphitheater and had to wait outside in blistering heat for about 6 hours waiting for what was a 30 minute rehearsal
(there's a video of this somewhere on the net) and then sent back outside to wait for their spot in the show.

It was unfortunate the choir was treated as an afterthought and by the time they hit the stage they were exhausted. All in all it turned out well, an interesting moment in live Yes history.
