Close To The Edge was originally on Atlantic. In terms of different versions of the album, there are really only two. The original album from 1972 has been released in various formats with different masterings over the years. In 2003 it was released on Rhino with four bonus tracks.

The other version of the album is the Steven Wilson remix originally released in 2013 on Panegyric. Wilson did a 5.1 surround mix and a new stereo mix. The Wilson version has some different bonus tracks compared to the Rhino. The Panegyric package included the original album mix and (I think) all of the Rhino bonus content of the DVD/Blu-Ray.

In 2018 Rhino put out a box set called The Steven Wilson Remixes on vinyl and digital. This box has just Wilson’s stereo mixes of The Yes Album, Fragile, Close To The Edge, Tales From Topographic Oceans and Relayer, all sans bonus tracks with reimagined by Roger Dean cover art on some albums. These versions are also available as standalone CDs from Japan.

Some label name variations were based on the market or country in which an album was released. Elektra in one market, Atlantic in another, PolyGram in one market, Polydor in another. The actual album releases are probably exactly alike, aside from the distributing label. However, the Rhino variant of either version mentioned in the OP could not have been released in 1972, as Rhino was founded in 1978.
