    SARM Demo's

I've finished my project to make my copy of the SARM Demos more listenable using Adobe Audition and RipX DeepRemix.

This has only given me more questions:

Who is on them. Anderson, obviously, laying down guide vocals deep in the mix. I could believe Levin doing the bass. The drums though are not Bruford. In fact I would say they are more likely a drum machine.

The keyboards also are not Wakeman, there are hardly any and no 'fiddly bits'. They are just used as background filler. Is it a very early take, or has Rick already been wiped.

The guitar sounds like Howe,, maybe the originals before Elias started on them, or maybe they are early Haun takes. either way the tracks have multiple guitars on them.

Anyone have any thoughts on these tracks.

Some of it is trash but you can hear the potential in other snippets of things. Tony Levin and Steve both sound quite good.

The drums could easily be Bruford playing his Simmon electronic kit.

I would have thought that if i hadn't have isolated them and listened. They are too metronomic, lack fills in obvious places, not what I would expect from Bill even on a bad day.
