It's not a Yes song, as such, since the band didn't exist at the time it was made and released, and it's only associated with the festering season because hunting and killing foxes has 'traditionally' been a 'recreational' pursuit of the landed classes and idle rich at this time of year! Thankfully something being consigned to history where it belongs.
Offhand, I can't think of any Yes songs that could be called Christmas songs. Which is a relief.
Trans-Siberia Orchestra have Christmas music all sewn up.
Sometimes the lights all shining on me, other times I can barely see.
Lately it occurs to me what a long strange trip it’s been.
Chris Squire's Swiss Choir is the closest you'll get to a full album of christmas Yes, Run with the Fox is a fun song I always listen to it at this time of year

Run with the Fox is one of those lost Christmas originals, which only the hardcore fans even know exists. I think it got a little bit of airplay when it was released, but it never got the traction that some other classic rock bands achieved with Christmans tunes, such as ELP, The Eagles, Springsteen, John Lennon etc
But it's a good tune, mostly because of the bass - Squire put it so high in the mix, no surprise!
I had forgotten (already) that there is a version of Run With the Fox with Jon Davison on vocals. It came up today on a Spotify prog christmas playlist. It was good, but I think the original version is a little more powerful, instrumentally.

Same here. Had it on quite a bit these past few weeks. Love it! Swiss Choir has me sorted.

There’s also an excellent version by I Am the Manic Whale. Of course, nothing tops the original, but it’s very good.
