At home. The Ice Bridge. From the fanfare to the duel.
gets my blood pumpin'. The muscular bass by Bill.
The 7 minute routine sets me up for the day. Dance and cardio in one.

Interesting - I think it’s very good if some fans are moved in that way by Yes music. While a lot of Yes music moves me very much, I have never thought of it as dance music, so I guess there is no Yes tune I have danced to.

On the Talk tour, there were women in the audience dancing along to 'Walls', so I'm gonna say Walls. Rhythm of Love and Lightning Strikes are pretty dancey.

Depending on your level of inebriation, you could dance the cha-cha to Sound Chaser, but you may end up with a slipped disco.

Roundabout, Order of the Universe, Footprints, All Good People, Yours is do Disgrace.

I'm not sure swaying my hips, and yes I still can sway, and once I'm warmed up even shimmy, counts as dancing, but I've certainly got my Travolta and/or Nureyev on at Yesshows over the years. Not in tights and a codpiece, you'll be relieved to hear.
Sometimes the lights all shining on me, other times I can barely see.
Lately it occurs to me what a long strange trip it’s been.

If I'm being honest, I can see myself trying to dance to most of Yessongs, prog or otherwise. When I'm listening to a Yessong in the background (which happens a lot in a day mind you), I just get groovy. For example, the song "The Messenger" is insanely groovy. Or something off 90125. "The Calling" and "Walls" are groovy as hell as well. Though more often that not, I don't dance to the songs per se. I usually try to air play the instruments; be it drums, guitars or bass or others. Which is pretty fun, I admit. Especially playing air bass and keeping with the rhythm. Chris really came up with the grooviest sounds ever.

                  I can’t dance.
                  I can talk, though.

"Owner" of course, heh. "Siberian Khatru," "Rhythm of Love," "State Of Play."
