    Favourite non-Yes Dean cover

So browsing over Roger's work online, came across this surreal image. New jigsaw line by Roger. That he and Freya once discussed on their youtube series. Stuff to flog in the pandemic. Both keen capitalists!
Esp. Freya. Roger has been disappointed too often with film projects/architecture etc falling through.

So what non-Yes related paintings do you like?
The unusual ones. Dark or deserty or snowy?

    * Something tells me this butterfly windmill may not be by Roger. Will investigate

Yep. Went off too early. Painting is by Vladimir Kush. Russian surrealist painter. Good stuff . Loves his butterflies. May have license deal with Roger for jigsaw. Found out through Google lens on image.

Question still remains. Fave non-Yes cover?

I've always loved this one. I think his watercolours are more fluid and atmospheric than his oil paintings.Click image for larger version

Nice choice. Had that album in the day. Dean always teased that it was a mysterious image because badgers don't usually come out in winter. Also a powerfully monochromatic image at the time. Brian May is a famous badger supporter.

I only noticed now how clever he incorporated the logo into the branches.

So so hard to choose. These are at the top for me

Badger - I also like the logo, but of a Fragile vibe.
Osibisa/Osibisa-Woyaya (what a great pair of cool covers!!!!)
Greenslade (which unfortunately I do not have 🙁).

                  Could go on and on...

Side note - favorite look alike roger dean cover - In The Round bootleg. 😉

I have a few faves, and this is certainly one of them.
I like the Uriah Heep Magician's Birthday a lot.
Also a fan of the Obissa covers . . . something about an elephant with wings makes me happy.
Oh, and the Asia one with the dragon . . . way cool.
there's also that one with the pumpkin carriage

so so many.......I got the Roger dean card set off eBay long time ago so I could page thru a lot of his art quickly when I get the urge. Maybe I will do that now 😊

Tropical. Great rhyming form with fronds, wings and clouds. So bright. Reminds me again that my fave non-Yes cover is AURA. Such wonderfully burnished gold.

It brings to mind "One for the Vine" by Genesis. To me anyway.
