Sure thing, Pete. I’m looking forward to this “demographic nightmare”.🥳

Wow. This is a diverse album.

Good for him, he’s long free of the shackles of having to be the Yes “hit maker”. So nice to hear him show us more of the fuller spectrum of his talents.

Well, it worked for KC, I mean, who would want to bother with Schizoid Man after hearing this…?

Not exactly Gentle Giant but they get credit for having a sense of humor. Trevor will probably knock it out of the park.

Maybe there will be a fuller expression of it on this album, but stylistic diversity is something which has always been a part of Trevor's work. A feature not a bug kind of thing.
                  Rabin-esque

Ironic as it is, I feel like he was limited in what he was able to do in Yes. A band that was so capable of knocking down barriers in the 70’s, in my view, put Rabin in more of a box during his tenure. He’s not a victim, he signed off on it but he’s admitted as much since he left the band.

Around twenty years when Rabin was deep into writing movie scores he commented that he doubted he knew how to write a pop tune anymore.

Indeed. Those early Rabbitt albums have all sorts of ideas chucked in.
