    If only he hadn't, though....
Sometimes the lights all shining on me, other times I can barely see.
Lately it occurs to me what a long strange trip it’s been.

Howe was already playing it though from 1997 on.

I’ve heard this story. When you think about it it runs counter to the silly reputation some ascribe to Howe. If there’s something you don’t want to do, you don’t mind letting your friends and close associates know. You might be more accommodating with relative strangers out of manners and not wanting to appear a twat. The others used Howe’s geniality by making Brislin a cat’s paw.

I'll say again, it's so unfortunate that Yes let this guy slip through their fingers.

It was already planned to be a one year stint with Wakeman unavailable in 2001.
              Not on Yes' payroll.

Perhaps, but Brislin might still be with them, whereas Wakeman....

Tom did a great job playing the solo on keys. When I first listened to the live album I thought they overdubbed Steve’s solo with the studio version, but it was actually Tom playing.
