Wakeman on Boris Grebenshikov's Radio Silence?

I recently remembered this song from my high school days -- it was really popular for a while in 1989.

On a whim I listened to it again today and was shocked by how much the keyboard solo (starts at 2:04) sounds like the solo on OTSWOF. It is almost a carbon copy.

I see from Wikipedia that Boris collaborated with a lot of Western musicians on the album, though Wakeman is not listed.

What do you think, was this an anonymous guest appearance? Probably not, but I thought I would ask.
