New music composed for King's Coronation

By Andrew Lloyd Webber. Like the recent knighthoods, Rick has been overlooked again to write the Coronation theme music. There'll be a bit of Elgar and Vaugn William's. But no Wakeman.

Who wrote music about plenty of flippin' English Kings. A Mason, a Water Rat, a charity promoter, a Protestant and a supporter of the Tory party who he played for once. What more can he do?

Should one email Buckingham Palace in protest?

What has Rick written in the last 30 years that would justify a commission to write a piece for the Coronation?

Everything that he played at the Palladium this week was written over 40 years ago.

And no doubt Handel's bloody Zadok the bloody Priest!
Sometimes the lights all shining on me, other times I can barely see.
Lately it occurs to me what a long strange trip it’s been.
