It was from March 1994 (possibly March 1). I believe it is PGD = Polygram Group Distribution

great to see Tony getting some attention there, awesome. He was overshadowed in the melody department, (perhaps even on the keys themselves) by Rabin, but nice to see him here in 94.

Mind you I always thought Tony was at his best on the Time and a Word album, great performance.
