I'll be getting it. I hope it has the extended version of WDMCF.

Michael Franklin recently popped up on Facebook mentioning some guests on Chapter 2: Ian Anderson, Joe Bonamassa, Bruce Hornsby, Abe Laborial Jr... and Rick Wakeman and Trevor Rabin!

      http://www.bondegezou.co.uk/wnja.htm#1000 for details.

Something from the ARW sessions maybe? That would be cool!

Interesting news indeed but then I read through Henry's most excellent summary and was reminded that it's really easy to talk talk talk (especially these days with the internet) but actually getting songs in our hands is a whole other deal. So as much as I would love another 1000 Hands album and tour I have to file this under IWBIWISAHI (I will believe it when I see and hear it).

Good to hear that Trevor and Rick are involved but I'm especially interested in hearing what Jon comes up with Bruce Hornsby and Ian Anderson.

That would be nice, but I suspect it's just a 1000 Hands song with a guest appearance.

There seems to have been sustained, serious work towards the album, and Franklin and has worked on several songs with Anderson that have been released on social media. I'm pretty confident Chapter 2 will appear.

Invention of Knowledge 2, Zamran, ...? Yeah, those IWBIWISAHI.

I really hope so. Chapter One was the best thing Anderson has put out on ages. More proof - as if we needed it - that Jon's best work comes from when he surrounds himself with excellent musicians. He's a catalyst for great music, but often needs expert musicians to translate his ideas. I'm excited for Chapter Two and really hope it sees the light of day next year.

Well Trevor and Rick were first announced to feature on the first chapter so my take is that it's an older track which was considered for the first chapter but wasn't finished or selected for whatever reason...So Henry, let me disagree with you and agree with Kevin, it's probably dating back to some sort of ARW session...

As always, I’ll be excited when there is a preorder link.

What exactly this is, who knows. Brian Chatton, Franklin, ARW bits, old Jon ideas with an assortment of guests, old Jon collaborations left over. or some or all of the above...? You never know what you might find in the river. Quite a few rocks, frogs, and fish.

Well, Jon is old. Something is better than nothing. Chapter 1 was enjoyable. Jon has outlived the bass player by 10 years now. It's all relative!

I didn't care for Chapter 1, so hoping for some delicious fish on Chapter 2. I havent really got excited about anything he's done since Magnification. Regarding the bass player he outlived by 10 years, I liked something on everything he did after Magnification. It is all relative...
