What you need to do is go to the web page with Martine McCutcheon's picture on it. Right click on the picture and then left click on "Properties". The pop up window has the address details - which end in .jpg. Copy the address to here and put it in between the IMG tags, like so  I've added this to your first post so if you go back and edit it, you'll be able to compare what you typed with what I typed. Make sense?
