I read it just now and I do understand the complaint.
This is, imho, the line which leads to understanding:
"Gates of delirium is possibly the worst song ever recorded from Yes; Ritual is boring and it was even longer and haevy than on Tales album; Close to the edge was cold as stone. The concert didn't take off until the very end, with All Good People and Roundabout, the only two good songs of the show + Steve Howe's solo. "
It is completely possible, even understandable, to love the earlier Yes music like AGP and Roundabout and then go deaf on CTTE and Tales; which seems to be what is happening hear. The later albums are a huge leap beyond Fragile and previous albums, especially Tales which, again imho, is a genre unto itself.
I don't agree with him, but I do understand where he "is". I used to be there....
