Awesome! Very happy to see Tony back with the band for a victory lap. Between he and Geoff, I think they have everything covered throughout the entire spectrum of great keyboard musical styles and techniques. :) Literally my two favorite Yes keyboardists, for different reasons. :)
"A lot of the heavier conversations I was having with Chris toward the end were about his desire for this thing to go forward. He kept reiterating that to me. He kept telling me, ‘No matter what happens, Yes needs to continue moving forward and make great music. So promise me that that’s something you want to do.’ And I have to keep making music. It’s just what I do. I’m a fan of the band and I want to see it thrive and that means new music." -Billy Sherwood (Quote edited to fit under character limit for sig files)

Agreed on all counts - those on Twitter, keep a lookout on Moraz' account!

    Good on him !

Interesting too - esp. the emphasis on 'founder member of YES' but nice in that it also provides rightful recognition for him

Maybe he will also guest with ARW for their 50th celebrations ?

Showing your true colors?? Tony has been intensively working with Billy Sherwood for the past decade. In fact it was Sherwood who got him out of semi-retirement (Kaye was only playing with a Neil Young cover band now and then at the time). I'm not sure what else you would have expected, if Kaye was going to guest with any of the Yes bands it was always going to be with YesO. And way to go personally attack someone who played his heart out for your favourite band for 15 years....

Sometimes in music, the songs can transcend the band members themselves - I think Yes is such a band.

He was thinking Wakeman. Moraz and Kaye would be a ball.

Nothing is misguided to it's creators, only the recipients who didn't want the expectation ruined for them.

....well apparently it is good enough to undertake this tour with Yes.

Nice to see (and I echo the question asking about his health).

But this is a politically interesting development. It almost conveys to me that Official Yes feels the need to enhance its credentials.
