I wish them well with the tour. I won't be going though. The process of 'letting go' is ongoing, and proving successful for me; after 44 years (and 39 Yesshows!) I can still enjoy their best work with a degree of detachment I'm finding very liberating, but hearing these guys play this music live now, no thank you: 2014 was my last. I hope everyone who attends enjoys themselves.
The same sentiments with ARW: I saw them earlier this year, as I just wanted to see and hear Jonners one last time, and I've done that, so line drawn underneath, with appropriate contentment.
Enjoy your experiences, as I'm enjoying new ones.

Has there been any mention of US leg of the YES50 Tour? Thanks!

Well, I will be booking tickets soon then.

Something tells me, the summer tour going on now and the chosen theme and setlist is actually not a coincidence as Yes seems to plan well ahead and have been doing so for the last couple of years. I suspect, now that the whole of Relayer isn't going to happen, we'll see a continuation of the current team, but then with some changes in songs and some songs added.
ReAwaken (after the Bethlehem Sands concert 2016):
Sometimes in music, the songs can transcend the band members themselves - I think Yes is such a band.

Current set list isn't exciting me, but I'll be there regardless...

I hope they play more European cities and a more expansive setlist representing the band's whole catalogue than currently.

On this not-to-be-missed tour, YES [Steve Howe, Alan White, Geoff Downes, Jon Davison and Billy Sherwood] will feature not only many of the band’s classic hits, but performances of Sides 1 and 4 and an excerpt from Side 3 of their 1973 album, ‘Tales From Topographic Oceans‘, which was the first YES album to top the UK Album Charts. YES will also play some European shows. Watch this space for more dates – to be announced.

No mention of Dylan Howe - I had thought they might be going forward with 2 drummers from now on.

if that is the only tour they do their for the 50th annv stuff over there, the set list is old hat, nothing not covered already. Kinda surprising. Other then a fan event that does not seem to be much of a 50th tour.

Yeah, I'd thought there might be a bit more, too. Maybe it will seem more spectacular when we find out which non-Tales songs are included. There might be some interesting contrasts. But I do like Tales, so I will go if I can.

    A joke right?.

Tales 1+4 not played in the UK since 1975.

I will fly home to Glasgow for this show plus to meet up with CSSYN friends, pity London shows not close date wise as I would have liked to attend the get together

can't see them missing North America in such a special year and it won't be with Tales setlist when they tour I would assume .

I would be very surprised if they didn't have Dylan (or some other drummer) on board moving forward. He did a fine job at the San Diego show last week, and Alan just doesn't seem up to the task of handling the job on his own anymore, god bless 'im.

Sorry. I like them but I do not know what they played and when. I was 7 in 1975. :)

It's easy to find on Forgotten Yesterdays. So it's certainly not 'old hat' for fans in UK and Europe.

    A bit of a correction:
Ritual last played in the UK in 2004
Revealing last played in the UK in 1998
Last time both played in the UK was in 1973 (my first YES tour).

Nice to see the move to the more upmarket Bridgewater Hall instead of the Apollo in Mcr (although admittedly the Apollo does hold great memories.....)

Interesting that they are not playing the Royal Albert Hall this time.
