Is it permissable to post a link to another website here-if so, how?

I want to post a link to another website that has contents that are unlikely to give offence on a thread I wish to start here. How exactly do I do this? (If I can, that is). Thanks.

I don't know about the "permissible" side of things, but I've done this quite a few times without getting my bottom spanked (still, never mind eh).

Unless I've misunderstood you, it should simply be a case of copying the url from your browser address bar and pasting it into the main body of your thread.

We pretty much insist on links to articles in the Politics forum. There's always someone asking for a link to verify someone else's POV.
