Cod is my very favorite.
I also like shrimp and scallops.
Oh man, I'm kinda hungry right now so this is a fun place to be. I'm big on lots of fishes. Love shrimp. Love salmon! Calamari! Swordfish. BK big fish.

Oh yeah, sushi, I forgot. It's a new world to me, sushi, but we've become fast friends. And I'm pretty good buddies w/tuna.

I live in a seafood producing area, so fresh Dungeness, prawns, scallops...love cod, halibut, salmon...
We made the short trip to Taylor Shellfish farms just yesterday for 2 dozen Pacific oysters.
Cod and Scallops....Butter, garlic, lemon.......Cod kind of has its own butter built into it and it used to be affordable.
They did it just for the halibut.

I have an order in for some Rocky Mountain Oysters in down at the local deli. They give me the funniest looks when I order them, but WTF they are so easy to shuck......
