Awesome show, shame more people didn't see it!

I travelled over from England for this show and it was fantastic worth every penny.

As others have said you could tell the guys have rehearsed, Steve and Chris played the best I have seen them play in years they were both awesome and in Jon Davidson they have found an absolute gem.

It was just a shame about the size of the crowd, I don't know but, I'd say the venue holds about 5,000 and it was only 50% full. Such a shame that more people didn't see such a great show, excuses, excuses. Those that were there loved it and after the crowd cheered the guys on it was 3 songs in before the they sat down but were soon back up for a standing ovation after America. Sorry I missed the pre show at Whiskey Priest I was receovring from sun stroke, we haven't had any England.

Highlights for me were Yours Is No Disgrace, America, Steve fantastic on both, I've Seen All Good People, yes I know we've heard it a million times but it's a real crowd pleaser, Steve's solo inluding Leaves of Green where Jon's perfect vocals had me in tears, Fly From Here Suite, Heart Of The Sunrise (Chris amazing), Awaken and Roundabout all fantastic.

Such a shame there were not more people there to see a fantastic band.

Fantastic, this is shaping up to be the best tour they've done, most certainly since 2008, but maybe even before that......

Sorry about the sunstroke. I've had that a few times in my life; not fun!

I'm so happy they kept Leaves of Green in the set list for you guys up in Boston...that was a highlight Friday night for sure.

As for the low attendance, I believe it is a residual from the Yes / Asia tour. I, myself, had to be convinced by friends to give Yes another chance, as that tour left a terrible taste in my mouth. Perhaps many other Yes fans are not as willing to give them that chance to prove themselves, but if they are reading the posts here, that should change. I am not a Yes Lemming...if they suck I will say that they suck. It is not sacrilege to have a dissatisfactory opinion of my favorite band, it is just me being a music lover and knowing what is good and what is not. Yes is exceptional! This tour is amazing. Open your eyes and give them another chance.

That was an incredible show. There was not one climax, but multiple. They had a tight setlist of all their best songs, and a lovely surprise of Steve and Jon D. playing some songs I had never heard before. Jon Davison can really sing, he was incredible, really was moved by the music in an electrifying way.

The crowd actually annoyed me a bit, they always do because people are getting up and milling about while I'm trying to lose myself in the music. I guess I'm too used to classical concerts.

I had commented on the empty seats at the Tower. I think some of the events from last year had a lingering effect. The Styx Tour got off to a rocky start and the band was criticized, especially after the Camden show. Next, there was the whole voice issue with Benoit in Europe. People saw yet another new singer and might have come to the conclusion they need to just retire unless JA comes back.

If the casual Yes fan was at the Camden show last year, I doubt they bought tickets for the Tower Friday night. For the record, I can't remember the last time I missed a tour.

I dunno. It was well attended.. sure it wasn't packed, but there were multiple standing ovations and lots of great moments onstage!!

They hurt their image touring with Benoit David. They were terrible. They sure sound great now. Can't wait to see 'em.

Yes, they sure did, Paul. They have completely redeemed themselves in my estimation. Make sure you see this tour; it is NOT to be missed!

I have first row seats here in Phoenix. I can't friggin' wait. I was done seeing them after I saw them with Benoit. It felt like I got punched in the stomach. I have been sucked back into the cult! Life is good.

It's wonderful you were willing to take another chance on travelling to the US to see the band after the 2008 debacle. Nice meeting you in NYC back then!

I felt exactly the same way. It tainted the 27 shows that I had previously seen, and I was heartbroken that that debacle was to be my last Yes memory. If it weren't for Ed Arnold getting me a free ticket on Friday, I would not have gone. I am so grateful that I was able to replace the bad memory with such a wonderful one.

No doubt the widely reported issues they had last Summer had a an impact on ticket sales. It was all over the place.. Horrible reviews left right and center...... And lets face it, even with Jon Anderson and Rick they simply aren't a big draw anymore... For 100 different reasons.... The awesome music they created, which was the key to their great success of the 70's and into the 80's is now one of their own worst enemies...

If they continue to tour like THIS though... The numbers will grow a bit... But I doubt they will ever grow substanitally, I hate to say it.. But that's just the way it is... No matter to me.. I'm always happy to see them... I even find great parts of bad shows Besides... I'm always with great friends when I'm at a Yes show.. So that alone makes them special to me...

I know exactly how you feel. And to think that in Europe we'll probably have to wait untill somewhere late 2013 before we'll get a chance to see the current line-up.......they have such momentum right now, I just hope they won't lose any of that by the 1/2 year hiatus that lies in front of them/us.....
