he's playing a guitar and using a stationary mic.... How could he move Besides when he does move he has a tendancy to trip over things

Really though, Starship Trooper is wonderful, Jon sounds GREAT Personally, I like the orchestral arrangemnt....

I haven't seen or heard a clip of AYaI yet.... But just by the sample I heard ST, it sounds great. I would love to see Jon in this fashion, or at least with a band. I've done the one man show thing... I can't stomach anymore of it, just doesn't do it for me. I've heard the stories too many times, etc etc etc... I love Jon and at least a decent portion of his music, especially when it's presented in the way he did at this show. Just not so much as a solo performer... For me Jon's music fills out so well with more people playing it, but that's just me, I cast no judgement upon others.

I will say that his voice has continued to get better and better over the last 4 years. He REALLY does sound good on the clip I heard, he's not cutting his notes short nearly as often as he had been over the last couple of years... He's really finishing them off nicely.... It's really really awesome that that he's doing so well!

After seeing Jon in San Juan Capistrano this summer, i agree with those that say it's time for Jon to get back on the horse.
