Cargo of diamonds as you are: nothing more valuable, nothing more tough.
She's an equal opportunity offender, a societal wildcard. You can't control her, only hope to contain her, even then she refuses to be possessed. If she were a coin, you would spend her, unwillingly. If she were an animal, you'd free her to the wilderness.

I just got back from my 6-mile run on the treadmill....or should I say my 6-mile run with spectacular header at about mile 5.75. I'm OK and all---my wrists and hands hurt a bit, and I am Sofa King glad I didn't hit my head.
Over the past months I've been having this thing happen in which I'll simply be standing there or doing something like this run---and then I just fall down. No klutziness; I just end up on the floor. I'm not passing out like I do with really low blood sugar episodes.
I have an appointment with a neurologist coming up for some other issues; guess this is one I'll have to trot out as well when I see him.![]()

My recommendation, Tasia, would be you stay off of moving surfaces, such as treadmills, until this is resolved. You could seriously hurt yourself.
I'm missing my peeps so badly.

Wow, Tasia! I'm glad you didn't crush your melon! My brother recently had vertigo...is it anything like that?

I'm feeling a bit pissed off. I was driving home from my Thursday night DJ gig, and some A-hole would not stop tailgating me! I finally got fed up, and pulled into a turn lane so the jerk could pass me. (My days of flipping off and slamming on brakes are gone, thankfully)
As she passed, I could see that she was drinking something from a large plastic cup. For the next several miles she was swerving a little, and kept trying to get more drink out of the empty cup. I memorized the plates, then pulled off to dial 911. There are billboards everywhere saying to call 911 to report aggressive or drunk drivers, and I was pretty sure she was both.
The 911 operator treated me like I was the criminal, and that he couldn't be bothered with my concerns. I knew the color, but not make, of the car, (all cars look the same to me, unless they are muscle cars from the 60's), had the exact license plate and route number and direction she was headed. Although I gave him all of this information, he acted like I was an idiot and was wasting his time. I finally said, "Look, if this is a problem for you, I can just call the state police." He said it wasn't, but his tone of voice said different. He wasted more time by getting my full name, phone number and address, then said he would "notify them."
WTF? I was just trying to keep some idiot from killing an innocent driver! Sheesh!

Tasia. Put on an inch of sunblock and go walk your 6 miles outside.
You can always sit down.
Treadmills can be dangerous if you're experiencing any kind of dizziness or stumbling. And you're running now, which means a good bit of speed. I saw someone break a leg after being thrown from a treadmill.
