I've been to all of the East Coast ones: had my pic taken with Geoff Downes at Cherry Hill. MSG was a blast: that convention included the beginning of my infamous 'Chris and flannel' story. My first was 91 in Philly. I got some great pics from that one, including the jam session with Alan, Rick and Tony. I know they're somewhere..when I find them, I'll post 'em.

.......We are having a Gathering in 2009 aren't we Simon? Perhaps we should start getting something going. I have a list of volunteers that have PMd from the last thread. Well, a list of two, anyway! We also have a tribute band that will play.

I seriously hope we're not waiting for the band to announce a tour before planning for the UK '09 gathering is started. That left us without an official gathering this year. Just my 2 cents.............

Hi there.....for what it's worth, I'm well up for helping to get something going over here (but I couldn't do it on my own)....I've had some experience of promoting small festivals etc. have contact with some YES members and of course regularly work with Fragile. Would anyone else be up for discussing further this prospect further?
