Any Yes fans in Whatcom & Seattle area?

I'm moving to Bellingham (Washington) late this summer and I was wondering if there are any Yes fans around the area so you may give me some tips.

Oops, just found this thread. Hello Marqueeclub. I hope your move went well.

I'm in Surrey, BC, so I'm probably closer to Bellingham than Seattle is. I've been to and through Bellingham many times because my late step-mom lived in Bellingham, and after that she lived on Lumi Island.

Tips? Uh, all I can think of is to have a valid passport so you can come to Vancouver for concerts.

Thanks for keeping in touch. My move was great, I love this place so bad!

I see Yes won't be touring our area in this tour but I didn't really had any plans on seeing them without Jon, although I respect their decision. I've seen the band play live quite a few times before, in Spain, France and UK. I mean, I think I can manage to wait a couple of years to see them back onstage. :)

I'm very excited to see "the full band" sometime in the US because I know the band has a higher onstage level here. Specially because you guys have such wonderful venues for rock concerts and live music sounds superb! In Europe, I've seen the band play in such bad places that the guys in the band would be completely pissed off during and after the show, and I can see why. The best Yes concert I've seen in terms of sound and stage was in the Union tour in London's Wembley stadium, in the round stage. My goodness, what a sound!

I haven't been in Canada yet but I'll be visiting Vancouver next weekend for a business meeting. I'm so excited about seeing Vancouver!
