Can't get a word in edgeways with all this banter about Tony! :D
So what's the old dog upto nowadays?? Still playing? In a band? No doubt living on the West-coast US ("it's the sun you know, it shines here..."), as most English former members of 'Super Groups' tend to do when they've left the hectic touring schedule of their once vehicle!

Actually, he has been suing Yes over royalties on the "in a Word" box set. I understand he is "retired" from music, and asked YesWorld not to include him on their Yas alumni page....Check Henry Pott's site (linked below) he may have more info....

What a pity about the legal battle; I'd love to see him join Conspiracy!

If so . . . that's bitterness for ya. Jeez, he was on at least ten Yes albums (by my count: Yes, T&aW, TYA, 90125, BG, Talk, 9012Live, Union, & Beyond and Before box set). That's more albums than most groups produce in their lifetimes. You'd think he'd be diplomatic enough to be gracious publicly . . .
His contributions are noted and historical. He was actually a pretty good pianist as well (listen to T&aW)

Kaye may still be on good terms with Squire and Sherwood. AIUI, in a previous legal battle, while Kaye technically was suing Yes, in practice he was actually trying to get at Brian Lane, their former manager, and had some support from the current band members. I don't know what happened with the more recent suit.
