If all of that stuff gets played, that's a heck of a station!

This was copied from their site.

This station actually does justice to the founders of progressive rock - legends like Yes, Genesis, Pink Floyd, King Crimson, Jethro Tull, ELP, and Gentle Giant, which makes this a fairly unique station compared to other over-the-air and Internet stations.

We also include some tracks from the likes of PFM, Focus, and Kansas, and include newer groups like Spock's Beard, Flower Kings and Transatlantic (they are some of the few deserving a place next to our 70s UK legends). Our primary goal though is to capture the early (and we think the most innovative) period of this genre. I have forced myself to stick with mainstream prog artists, if there is such a thing. As you go deeper into the wide spectrum of styles, listener preferences start to vary widely.

Each playlist has a large concentration of Genesis, Yes, ELP, Pink Floyd, Jethro Tull, King Crimson, and Gentle Giant. Each playlist is 8-9 hours long. Each day's main playlist begins at 9:00 A.M. Eastern/6:00 A.M. Pacific each day. Then a "preview" show of the next day's program starts 6:00 P.M. Eastern/3:00 P.M. Pacific, and it runs until 2:00 A.M. Eastern/11:00 P.M. Pacific when the overnight show begins. That show runs the previous day's playlist for 7 hours. The idea is to have 3 different playlists cycling through each day, with the main playlist playing completely through. Each playlist has an album feature, and a view of the scheduled features is available to registered Live365 members.

See below for a list of some of the artists featured and a list of current most-popular tracks.

You will on occasion hear rare tracks and out-of-print vinyl not heard anywhere else.

Don't forget to sign my guestbook and read my commentary with list of favourite discs.

I hope you find the selections enjoyable, or at least interesting!
