Awsome photo. When, where, what????

Tell me more about this event. When did it happen? Did you attend (and take that photo)? Did you hear any conversations Alan and Bill shared? Was the Q and A?

I remember getting very excited while attending the Union tour, and shamelessly yelling out "Bruford is God!"

Please excuse the blasphemy, ya'll.

If only Yes would have done what Genesis did for numerous tours: have a drum duet live onstage (los endos and duke's travels). oh Yes, they both toured together for the Union tour but there was no live drum solo duet and yes, the band all (except Howe) play percussions at the end of Ritual but a true drum solo duet never has happened during a Yesshow. It sure is nice to see Bill and Alan enjoying a relaxing moment, thanx for sharing it.

Hello everybody. To me Alan White is the greatest drummer ever! He rocks my world!! :valintine Yes, I've had a huge crush on him since high school (I'm only 28)...
Bill Bruford is very much a great drummer too! They each donate their own musical tastes to Yes, which is a formula no one can duplicate! I love the way Bill's jazz style comes across songs like "Roundabout", "Starship Trooper", and "Yours Is No Disgrace, etc, etc...
But I also love Alan's style that rocks with songs like "Gates of Delirium", "Ritual", and "Rhythm of Love", etc., etc...
:drummer:
Each style of drumming has been involved in developing Yes into what it is now. They each give an element that has been/is crucial in Yes' unique and much-loved sound! :band:
