and welcome to yesfans!!

what a great contribution for your first post here! and chock full of all the information people would need to make plans, too!! good for you!! [and all the people who would be fortunate enough to be able to attend]

and as yars said please drop in and let us know howe it went, ok?

this seems to be becoming commonplace in yes land these days..
fans getting together
even if the band isnt any where near or even touring, and that is just too cool..

have a great time at your viewing..
bon chance!!
and again-
welcome to yesfans!!

Hey thanks for the info,I just bought my air ticket and will be there, lol! But keep us updated when released. Now my usual negative comment that some think I am, but I'm really not,:).I just speak my mind and sometimes my mind speaks before Don thinks, lol.I really think it blows that the DVD isn't released here in the US too,I think sales would be better if released before Christmas, such a nice present it would be.

I have brought this up before,so why not again. Yesterday,11-11-03 the stones, who I really don't care for except oh maybe a dozen songs and I surely wouldn't go to a show or buy their new DVD. But I still look at the Best Buy site and see this new release and it's makes me ill with Yes,Management or whomever. The stones DVD has three shows and a documentary disc, four disc's in all for $29.99. My big problem is why can't Yes do this? Three DVD's and the documentary,it would sell.
Disc 1 Masterworks Show
Disc 2 Classic Yes Show (1st or 2nd leg) and if they didn't want to include Masterworks, then two DVD'S 1st leg and 2nd leg
Disc 3 The Full Circle Tour

Now wouldn't this be an awesome DVD for us the fans, getting shows and a three hour documentary and hey I would spend $50.00 for a package like this, because it's something you can see over and over and cherish and remember the shows you attended from the mentioned tours.Ok enough is about this,I just guess they need to put me in charge of DVD and live CD's ,ha! :ele:

Sounds like a great deal, Don, you're the man for that job!!!!!

Shame it won't happen.

I've always been annoyed by the different release dates of things. If they're ready then get them out there!!!!!

Hi, Don! Sounds like a terrific idea! If we could only get Yes management to listen . . .

It might even work, yessongs72. Matt Kent and "Whitefang" two uber-Who fans were so persistant they wound up working for members of the band. (Pete Townshend and John Entwistle respectivley.)

I sure hope Yes don't miss their chance to properly capture their anniversary tour like the fluffed up on the Full Circle thing. I want to be able to watch a Yes concert DVD with Rick that's carried off as well as "Yes Symphonic."

I also would like to see a DVD of archival footage with no interviews, just vintage live footage to go along with Rhino's live boxed set.

I've being thinking excatly the same. We and Rick deserve a DVD of the same standard as Symphonic. KTA is very messy IMO. Rick is a huge part of Yes history and he isn't featured in any great well produced DVD/Video. I really hope one of the anniversary shows is filmed full concert in just the same way as Symphonic.

Stevie - that is a marvelous idea! Full concert, with the current lineup, done as well (or better) than Symphonic!

Wish they had filmed the Hawaii show - sigh . . .
