A few days late, but better late than never.

This was my first time seeing Rick alone. My first time @ WMF also. What a good show. Sounds old, but really, Rick is so talented. Hearing the medley of "The Hymn and "AYAI" was cool. And "Dance of a Thousand Lights" was amazing, better than the record. "Help" and "Eleanor Rigby", esp. "Help" were beautiful. "Merlin" etc. I could go on and on. Also, I think it was very humble of Rick to stay after and meet all the fans. I was able to get on the line early enough, so I didnt have to wait long to meet the man. I brought my CD "1984" with me. You should have seen the reaction on his face when I had it. "This one hasn't been available for years" he said. He also was surprised to see someone my age there, (22). I thanked him, and he signed it.

I think I'm still on Cloud Nine.

I could also say "better late than never" about my reply to this. Anyways, I went too, and it was great! Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I didn't know where we were supposed to wait to get to meet Rick, and they pretty much just herded us out the door, and then upon trying to get back in they said "all exits final." Needless to say, we were very upset about that. :(
Oh well, the show was wonderful, and perhaps we'll have another chance some day. ^_^

It's pretty funny, I've just noticed that you went to the Jon show in Red Bank that we attended, and also this show. Very interesting.
