If you go into your profile (USER CP) and go into the OPTIONS area your can change how the box that you make posts in works for you. You can change it so when yo post the message area, you can have more button to click on to insert stuff into your posts. HTML, Easy way to insert images, links, Alignment of text, bold, colrs, font sizes. Roght now everyone defaults to basic. Go into your settings and JAZZ IT UP!!!
Again in your Profile and OPTIONS you can change a t lot to make the site work better for you. Email notification settings (many to choose from) to name one.
