I have been reluctant to post our music, but have received some favorable urging to do so; so here it is:

For all who wonder, I have listened to Antioch's music. It's very prog, and very good.

Hi Antioch. After sampling your music, I bought your CD and was able to listen to the entire release. I was very impressed by the songwriting as the playing speaks for itself. Great job guys.

While we're at it, I can't help thinking how interesting it is that several of my favorite prog bands are Christian.

Echolyn, my all-time favorite band other than Yes, one of the best prog bands of all time, are Christian. You hear rather overt Christian messages worked into many of their songs. Their latest album, "Mei," is a 50-minute epic about faith, redemtion, and the struggle between hope and despair. The song "Never the Same" from the album "As the World" deals with death and resurrection, and is one of the most peaceful, beautiful, and inspiring songs I've ever heard. They have positive spiritual messages scattered across their other albums as well.

Glass Hammer's latest (and by far best) album "Lex Rex" tells the life story of a centurion that observed Jesus on the cross. An incredible prog album with a very Christian theme.

And of course Neal Morse's latest project, "Testimony," concerns his conversion to Christianity. I still haven't bought my copy, but it's the very next CD I'm going to get!

The band Jadis also have very positive music, and I believe it is inspired by Christian themes. I only have one of their CDs so far (Across the Water) but I'll be getting more.

And then we have Antioch! I still don't have the CD, but I love your music!

I liked Serenity. Not really prog but a great little number.

Wonderful to see christians around here at yesfans. I´m christian myself and I´m always looking for music that doesn´t try to bring people down. Unfortunately I don´t know how to listen to you´re music, yet. but after all the great reviews I´ll have to find out.

Hi Antioch, I can't seem to find those files again. Did mp3.com erase your songs?

When I went to New Zealand to see my sister 2 years ago, there was a station that played Christian Rock all day long. www.lifefm.co.nz.

Listen to this and you'll be quite impressed.

Sorry I missed your MP3s Antioch. Went to the site but nothing there...

I was in a Christian prog rock band a few years back. Our then songwriter, Mark Studer, is now a minister. It was a great experience but the audience was limited. Of course it didn't help that our album was completed four years after we went our separate ways. We also ahd the nasty habit of taking a year to crannk out three or four songs.

We did have a smashing album release party at the church Mark attended—our drummer even peeled himself away from his jazz career in N.Y. to come out and play.

We're all still very proud of our product.

Take a listen if you are interested...
