Hi, all. It's been a while since I posted.

My Yes tribute band, Over The Edge, is coming along. Maybe a bit slower than I would have origianlly hoped, but It looks like we have a show opening for a Pink Floyd tribute band on Oct. 25th in Tyler, Texas.

I should get positive confirmation this week.

It's been a long road. The drummer travels for work, the guitarist flies in the Air Force, the sings belly dances and sings in 3 other bands, the keyboardist plays in another band and we get together whenever we can.

We are working on Heart of the Sunrise as well as South Side of the Sky, 5 Percent for Nothing and will move to other songs soon.

As a side note, I was able to procure a 1874 Mini Moog for the keys man. Man, he was thrilled!!!!

Anyway, I will positively post just as soon as I get confirmation.

Thanks for everyones support!!!

Planned Set List:

I've Seen All Good People
Your's is No Disgrace
Starship Trooper
Perpetual Change
Long Distance Runaround/The Fish
Roundabout

It looks short, but it is about 50-55 minutes of music.

Here's a link with pics of us. Pardon the site. It's obviously not there yet!!!

Also, if anyone would design a logo of Over The Edge in a Yes style, I would be grateful.

A 1874 Minimoog? That's a very old one!

I played Heart Of The Sunrise, Yours Is No Disgrace and Roundabout in the past. I even have a video (which I turned into an MPG file) of my old band rehearsing Yours Is No Disgrace!

Hey, if you know of some people close to LA, California interested in doing a similar band, let me know! I'm a keyboard player eager to play Yes songs!

Does anyone have any other information about Brantley's Tyler gig ? I sent him an pm and I checked the Tyler paper. He is probably busy working on his chops.

Let me know because Tyler is in my neck of the woods as Al roker would say.

Post any other information about other gigs as soon as possible Brantley. I will find a way to see your band and meet you. Bless your hard work.

I have much bad news. The club owner was able to let us play this evening. It's very unfortunate. I'm still going out there, but we will not be playing. We've worked hard and were ready, but it was not to be. I'll try to keep everyone posted.
