Rabbitt!!!

I was able to get a copy of Rabbitt's The Hits CD. It is AMAZING!! I can see why they were so popular in South Aftrica in the 70's. You can tell Trevor was going to be a star. Even at an early age, his writing was really mature. Excellent guitar playing and singing. Almost all the songs are strickly written by Trevor. ;)

Where can this CD be found?

You can sometimes find a used Rabbitt CD on ebay. They're out of print now, although there was talk of a Rabbitt anniversary boxset with a DVD - I would love to have that! My Rabbitt stuff is on vinyl. Bought it when I was a teen, many moons ago! hahaha

That is where I got it. I search for Trevor stuff everyday on eBay and have gotten some really cool stuff, especially during his solo years before Yes.

From what the guy tells me, who sold me the CD. He lives in SA. He says the 2 LP's are not on CD. I know there are 1 or 2 more "greatest hits" CD's out there. This CD has 22 songs. I would assume the only place you can get anything on CD, is SA. But, you may be able to find one on an import website. The band was big in Japan and other countries too. I'll e-mail the guy who sold it to me and see if there is anywhere in SA where you can buy them.

I did read an interview last night where Trevor answered the question of a reunion. Not sure of the year. He said sure, if the demand was there. Um? ;)

The boxset and DVD sounds AWESOME!! Hopefully, we will hear something soon on that!!

For some reason, I can't get this CD out of my player!! It is so AWESOME!! ;)

I did talk to the guy from SA who sold me the CD. He did say it is out of print and really can't be located anywhere. He did tell me he had 2 copies of the CD. He probably will put them up on eBay (he just broke even on the one I got). Once he does that, I'll let you know right here. He said it can't even be bought in music stores, as they carry more current stuff. So, if one shows up, GET IT!!!
