A rally cry for Jon Anderson's "Animation"

Since I've chose to persue any sort of sense in the Industry we call "The Music Machine" , I'll ask ;
"Why hasn't "Animation" been re-released on CD ?

there was a petition running on jons opio site for the longest time,
to get Animation released, i sure do wish it would be released.
