With so many CD's to choose , why hasn't "Criminal Record" been released ? Does anyone know the answer ??

Are there any other YES fans out there who would like to see this CD come together ?
Side One features some marvelous playing from Alan White & Chris Squire accompaning , and Side Two is some of the strongest material Mr. Wakeman has produced.
Am I alone in this opinion ??
